Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, including fragrance and skincare items, we have a strict return policy. We want to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases, but we also need to protect the hygiene and quality of our products.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains unused and unopened. Once a product has been opened or used, it is generally ineligible for return, except in the case of a defect or damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened or used fragrance, skincare, and personal care products
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Items purchased beyond the 14-day return window
  • Sale or clearance items (unless specified otherwise)

Once a product has been opened, it is considered used, and for health and hygiene reasons, it cannot be returned unless a valid issue with the product is identified.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require photos of the product and packaging to assess the issue.

Once confirmed, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the damage.

Allergy or Sensitivity Reactions

We understand that fragrance and skincare products can cause different reactions based on individual skin sensitivities or allergies. If you experience irritation, redness, or discomfort, please discontinue use immediately.

Unfortunately, reactions due to personal sensitivity or allergy are not grounds for return, as they are outside of our control. Please review product ingredients carefully before use.

Refunds

If a return is accepted, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact support@bathandboadywoorks.us.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Please ensure that products are returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns sent without prior approval or missing items may not be processed.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, we recommend placing a new order after returning the original item.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is delivered safely.

International Returns

For international returns, shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot cover these costs for returns from outside the United States.
