Condition on Arrival

  • Fragrance and skincare products once they have been opened and used

  • Normal variations in scent, color, or texture due to individual use or environmental factors

If your product meets the criteria for a warranty claim, you may be entitled to a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation. The resolution will be determined based on the nature of the issue and product availability.
